I am kind of overwhelmed at all the information I've received about what I shouldn't eat, what portions I need to fit, and I'm kind of freaking out and panicking "Oh God!! What if I mess up?"
So, what happens if I *do* break the rules? Obviously something detrimental to myself. But what? Slower weight gain? Vomiting excessively? Pouch blow-out? (Like I said, kiiinda wigging out.)
Some examples of the rules:
- Only have 1-2 snacks a day.
- Carbs should not exceed 200g, and then once the 2-week pre-op starts, should be no more than 100g.
- Don't drink anything 30 minutes before and after meals.
- etc...
I know there's no way I will be perfect all the time - but I want to know what the consequences are of mistakes. Not just an amorphous dark cloud of "bad things."
