Wow, amazing 100 lbs is a entire small person!!! I need to get my butt moving and start exercising....3 months next week down 42lbs, but need to move my butt you are an inspiration! Congrats and thanks for sharing.

Great job, Terry. You powered through to get past 100# lost. That's the hardest hurdle I think because it does slow down but you did great. And I love frozen Greek yogurt. Yum!
