Hey sleeve fam... I'm so happy to report i have lost 4 lbs in the last week and a 1/2...down 69lbs... 186 & I'm loving loving all the compliments ... I looked in the mirror for the 1st time in a LONG time and I seen a pretty chick I smiled and said hell yeah I still got it!!!!! Rededicated and focus on getting to my goal!!!!
