I am just 4 month shy of my 2 year surgiversary and have been using some nutrition products that I have really seen big changes with. I've reached the point where I am having to really watch what I'm putting in my mouth because the days of 'easy loss' haven't been around in a while. For protein I've been using ProFit. They have Chocolate and Vanilla. 100cal and 14 grams of protein per serving.
To help keep metabolism running I've been using a product called Thermofit. It is all natural and doesn't give me the jitters like everything else I've ever tried. I'm working really hard right now to make sure I continue to enjoy my sleeve and get as much out of it as possible. Just thought I'd pass along my new finds. Thanks
