    Default Warning

This is a Public Service Announcement....

If you have lost about half your excess weight, are exercising daily and decide you can do a hand-stand like your 4 year old - DO NOT TRY IT! You may land squarly on your head and mess up your neck.

This announcement was brought to you by the girl with an icepack on her neck. You may now return to your reguarly scheduled program.

Better add cartwheels as something not to attempt either. My sister in law broke her wrist last summer trying to do one with their newly adopted daughters! Not a good family get together that day...

Ouch. I tripped over the weekend and landed on a bunch of stuff that was laying on the ground and I am now black and blue all the way up my left side from my shoulder to my knee. It sucks to be old!

Thank you for the warning. Every day at work I walk down this long hallway and fantasize about doing cartwheels as I go along. Up until now I haven't for fear of being fired. Add fear of looking like a fool and requiring an ambulance, and I think the fantasy has all but died.

Hope you are back to feeling up to Olympic feats soon!
