Hello Laleewats I was sleeved Jan 12, 2013 in Tijuana but by Dr. Sergio Quinones. I was going to use Dr. Almanza when I first started my research for a doctor in Mexico but as I did my research I realized that Dr. Almanza was not my best choice. I am sure Dr. Almanza is a fine doctor but as some of patients have stated, if you want to be pampered don't go to Dr. Almanza. I didn't' want to be pampered but I did want the best medical care I could find in Mexico. I also wanted to have a board certified surgeon to do my surgery. I was sleeved in a private hospital, had a private room in the hospital for 3 days 2 nights, I did not share my hotel room, I was not moved in a van back and forth between the hotel and clinic to receive my meds. I saw my doctor all 2 days I was in the hospital. I feel that I had the best medical care in Mexico with Dr. Quinones. If you have any questions please feel free to message me. Regardless of what doctor you have your surgery with just make sure you are 100% comfortable with your decision. Good luck in your journey.
