What do you want to do? Choice is yours. You have outlined what you are not doing - so you know what eating healthy looks like. What is getting in your way is an underlying problem that will continue throughout your life unless you face it.
Get yourself into therapy. The operation was on your tummy and not on your head - nobody but a trained therapist can help you with this one.
You're a smart woman - start thinking for yourself. Move more. Do something - anything. All you need to do is start.

Any water exercise class would be good, also you may want to try yoga (low impact but still a workout). I have seen a lot of people suggest going back to a diet of mainly protein shakes or high protein items (meat, Greek yogurt, etc.) when you get off track. A support group might be a good idea or seeing a therapist. You have lost 65 pounds in one year - that is a BIG accomplishment that should be celebrated. You can do this!

Get a support group ASAP! I have been drinking through a straw an I have no problem, but I do remember to sip it, not gulp. If you are just stalled and not gaining then you are not to bad off track, and maybe some antidepressants to help. Don't be afraid to ask for help from a therapist! Good luck!

I drink from a straw. I also eat a lot of "danger" foods now too. But I didn't really indulge in these things like I do until I reached goal. I really think the movement (exercise) is most important for you right now. I still exercise regularly. Finding a local support group is a good idea. It will help you to remain inspired and feel accountable to others. I am a member of a support group on Facebook and it helps tremendously. Maybe you could try the 5-day pouch test and get back to basics. You're more than welcome to request to join the Facebook group. It's a closed group and completely private. Just try to think what it is that you want and go for it!

Yes I agree with Chris...call your doctor - go and see your nutritionist and tell them whats going on. I know my Dr's office said that I can see my nutritionist for free for life. You know what you are doing wrong - you just feel like you can't help your choices and once you make the bad choice - your depressed that you did what you did. I have always looked at obesity as like any other addiction. So where does an alcoholic or drug addict go..??? They go back to therapy and to support groups. Find your group. Most successful surgeons have a support group. Please do not feel like you are ashamed. If you take charge of it now then the weight you did loose won't be for nothing. Do not concentrate on what you haven't lost...concentrate on what you have lost. Think of your new weight - where you are right now...as your new starting point..and go from there. You need some help....pick up the phone and call your Dr...You can do it! If you need someone to chat with feel free to message me anytime!

I am in kinda the same situation as you as far as now I can eat more but I still I keep an eye on what I eat but I don't deprive myself because then ill pig out I think... So but this week I told myself I need to get back to cleaner eating I don't want to get back in a bad habit! Just tomorrow is a a new day maybe pull out some old pictures or a certain picture you didn't like and tell yourself you don't want to get back to where you were. If you like to snack every snack has a healthier alternative that tastes just as good maybe better!!! Just dust your self off say today is a new start Don't be so hard on yourself we all slip up once in a while!

see a therapist and a nutritionist now. and stop beating yourself up! this is why you loose control. you endulge then beat yourself up and say oh well i screwed up i might as well keep doing it! no you still have your tool. go back to a liquid diet for 2 weeks, start using myfitnesspal and count calories, start walking and by all means get rid of the shit in your house! protein protein and more protein! think healthy!

You can't go to the gym because you have bad knees? How about swimming or getting in the water and just kicking around or moving your arms or bending over in a chair. That may help
