Didnt know this before surgery but my Dr. puts patience on 6 months of meds to avoid gall stones. Anyone else prescribed to take them to?? ( side effects says hair loss )

My doctor did the same thing. I don't know about side effects of the meds, but it is supposed to help your gall bladder adjust because of the quicker than normal weight loss that your body is going through. Good luck!
