A few weeks ago I forgot to take my B12 and multivitamin in the morning, so without giving it any thought I took them after supper. Later when I went to bed my eyes flew open and I didn't fall asleep for what seemed like an eternity. Only after that did I learn that B12 gives you an energy boost, so I've made sure to take it and my multi in the morning. Well today I had errands and forgot to take them in the a.m.. Now it is after 5pm and I dont want a repeat of the sleepless night, but I know I need my vitamins. What would you do? How soon before bed should you NOT take them? I go to bed about 9:30pm, I believe it may be too late. I should be able to take the multi and skip the B12, you think?
