I've made many gluten free recipes using cauliflower. I made a similar recipe, but mine was for garlic cheese breadsticks. It's a great alternative to using flour and getting those carbs!

Looks interesting! I've always loved cauliflower - especially roasted.

Tried it. It's definitely NOT pizza crust, but it works! I'll eat it again!

I also use grated, microwaved cauliflower as a replacement for rice in Chinese and Indian dishes.

    Luke,

When I was low carbing all the time I would often make creamy cauliflower and also use the shredded cauiflower as a rice substitute. Worked perfect for stir-fry's and curries!

This looks like a must-try to me! i have used mashed cauliflower in place of mashed potatoes at times as a way to get more veggies into my uber-picky kid.

I know, Luke! I made mine too thick and put it on aluminum foil instead of right on the cookie sheet....bad idea...it stuck to the tin foil. So, I will try again...spread it thinner and put it directly on the cookie or pizza sheet...but, before I do all that, i will most likely go up to APOLLO PIZZA and just get one slice of pizza!! Lots easier, tastier and i dont eat that much at one time, anyway!!!
