Ok I am cracking up. I wasnt sure if I should post this or not but you guys/gals are the absolute best! I think it's important for others to hear and know about this. I would never ever in a million year dream of discussing poop or passing gas in front of anyone. I dont even like my husband in the house while i go, but right now, I am puting it all out there. Here's to a speedy gas releasing, poopy recovery!!! LMBO.

I used Miralax the first week after surgery, with the doctor's blessing. I mixed it with my Premier Protein drink and it worked like a charm.
Poop is a wonderful thing!!

Congratulations! For the first 4 days nothing then the gas really started like the intestines finally woke up. Day 5 everything broke lose and what a relief it was. But the diarrhea lasted several days and I finally ate some cream of wheat to help thicken things up. But things straightened out quickly and now it is every other day like clockwork. I guess not eating enough to need to go every day. Yeah POOP! LOL
