So I have hit my 6 month plateau and from last month to this month I lost no weight! I am still sticking to my diet with very few cheats and still working out regularly. I started to be quite bummed about that until I took my monthly measurements. Even though I had lost no weight I am still loosing inches! They say muscle weighs more than fat so I might actually be toning my muscle now! Knowing that I still lost 1 inch in my thighs made me happy!
Moral of the story is measure yourself! This can keep you positive and focused on success even during a weight loss slump! It did for me!
Plus it is awesome to see how many inches I've lost from the beginning!
