There are calcium caramels... although I am not positive as to the type of calcium they are. They arent tiny but they aren't huge either.

I actually ordered Calcium Citrate powder. It is flavorless and has no texture. I can mix it straight into water and drink it. Or you could do Crystal Lite with it, mix it in your shakes, or any food you have.

Check the ingredients. If you want Calcium CITRATE (which you may) chewable antacids with calcium probably don't contain any. They usually use calcium carbonate, which isn't the same. Just read the box!

I believe Tums are actually calcium carbonate, which I'm pretty sure my doctor would-- do whatever the Army does to people when they're bad-- string me up a yardarm? No, that's Navy still. Yeah-- I'd be in big trouble though!!! I'll have to look around for that powder stuff.

I use these. They're pretty good. The novelty wears off after a few weeks, but most people only have to take 2 or 3 per day.

YES. On bariatric advantage website you can purchase calcium chewables. They are about the size of a starburst. I have the 500mg ones and they also have the vitamin D in them that you need to be able to metabolize the calcium. Taste like a candy with a little chalk, LOL. Really not bad at all and there are different flavors. I have the caramel ones.
