free spirit, my dog is just my best friend, we walk the beach everyday and he seems to know what I am thinking and understands what I am saying, he s 14 and in great health, I am just in love with this guy I had always been a german shepherd person and when my last one died this little guy mourned like I did and our bond became inseparable, he truly defines womans best friend

We are very fortunate with ours as well...other than some teeth issues in the last year his health is great at 15, many people think he's a pup LoL....we are also coastal and he loves to walk the beach and swim in the ocean during summer months. For sure they are a very intuitive breed.....I always had dobermans before JR's but as they say...the JR is the BIG DAWG in the little body!!!

This is my Jack Jack when he was a puppy!! When I came home from the hospital, he curled up next to me and laid his head gently on my stomach like he knew I was hurting. Love my 4-legged children!!!

Yup. He's a basically a stuffed toy. We got him when we decided not to have another child. We wanted a permanent baby.

a lady at my support group told me that her husband made a cardboard cut out so she could put the box on her stomach so when her dog jumped on the bed, he couldn't step on her stomach....I think I just might have one made for the bed...my yorkie sleeps ON me every night.
