So, yesterday I did some emotional eating. I ate a slice of cinnamon raisin toast, twice. I gained half a pound! ARGH!
Its' not fat you gained. It's likely water retention. Get your water in and get back on track and you'll drop those pounds in the next couple of days. I'm more surprised that you were able to get in 2 pieces!
Straight forward. Straight facts. Whether you like the truth or not... I'm not made of sugar coating

Thank you for all the support guys! I am probably retaining water in addition to the toast. I've been doing pretty good with my food and choosing food wisely. ( except for the toast ) !
I look at this as a process...I have had good food days and bad food days but at the end of the day you move forward...Good Luck
I thought too for a second "how did she eat two pieces of toast?!?" But seriously, if I let myself eat toast, I would lose weight even faster. I made the mistake of talking myself into eating a bacon roll at my mother in-laws with home made bread. It was 90% bread and I was in pain and agony for hours because my stomach was totally unhappy with the large amounts of bread and I ended up losing 4lbs over the weekend, because I couldn't find enough food at my Mother in-laws that I could tolerate. I seriously think the only things that would slow my weight loss are high calorie non-fizzy drinks, because everything else I can't eat enough of.
I also checked... 1 slice of toast was 80 calories. You need to get far worse at cheating than that to feel guilty!!!! The big problem with it, is that you likely crowded out protein from your diet, which if you do often enough will lead to you losing muscle mass instead of fat.
We were told if we wanted something we could have it, just not all the time. Of course protein first, the veggies but not to consider it a failure if we ate something we wanted occasionally bc we are not on a diet. Although on this non diet if we don't do it mostly right we go bald and weak. Nice incentive! Wait I got off track, I was supposed to be encouraging you. Your fine! We know you will continue with your protein and do great.

You know what you did by eating that toast? You reminded yourself of two things: the sleeve isn't magic/it still requires work and that you're human! Cinnamon toast does not automatically equal total failure. You recognized and addressed what happened and got back on track. Good for you, babe. Onward and downward!
