How do yo Post a profile picture???

Click on the control panel in the green section at the top of the page.

Go on the left side of the page under My Settings

Then under My Profile

You will see two links

Edit Avatar Picture - This is the picture that everyone see's when you post

Edit Profile Picture - This is the picture on your profile page

Upload pictures at these two links. I hope this helps.
