Hello everybody,
this post for sleevers who finished the first two months, and start solid foods
1- eat five times or more per day (every two/three hours)
2- your meal not exceed more than 1 cup / 4-6 oz and eat slowly.
3- don't drinking with meal (after or before meal by 30 minutes).
4- in your meal start eat protein first then vitamins and fibers then carb. .
5- eat 60 -80 grms of protein daily.
6- drink more than 1.5 liter of water daily.
7- no sweets and chocolates at all, replace it by fruits.
8- no soda drinks at all also diet one, replace it by fresh juices.
9- don't eat before sleeping by 1.5 hour minimum.
10- take vitamins tablets (B complex, Calcium and multi vitamins).
11- check your weight every week by the same machine.
12- use my fitness pal application to help you to control calories and proteins.
13- read and read and read Medical and health articles to increase your knowledge.
14- walk and do exercise 30 minutes day by day.
15- Swimming exercise to Sagging skin treatment.
