Hey all, so the last couple of days when I get up from sitting for any length in time I get leg cramps. It's more like they are being stretched when I stand and walk. It's not the normal ones I experienced in pregnancy or before. I'll pre-emtivaly tell you that I getting all my fluids and most of my protein everyday for the last week or so. I did go ice skating on Monday and was a little stiff the next day but the cramps didnt start till Thursday I think. I'm taking my vitamins and extra b-12 and iron. Have any of you had this? Should I add a banana for potassium? I'm seeing my doctor on Friday but just wanted to know if any of you have had this. I'm not exercising hard or much at all yet, too run down still. Shopping takes it out of me alone. One would think if I was going to get leg cramps it would happen when I was struggling with dehydration. I'm stumped?
