Please explain what is Fitbit??????
Fitbit is a pedometer that tracks your steps per day and automatically reports them back to the fitbit website. It helps to know how much exercise you're getting. Some models also track your sleeping habits and how many stairs you climb each day. Check out Fitbit

I have a FitBit One and I LOVE it!
It is one of the many sources I use for accountability.
Yesterday I got 18,102 steps (my daily goal is 10,000)! It keeps track of steps, calories burned, water intake, weight, sleep, etc.
I sync it with my iPhone

I have had my fitbit one for 3 weeks now. I love it. It is the best pedometer I have ever tried. I catch myself trying to beat my previous days steps or stairs. Not always successful, but I am doing more because of it.
I love my FitBit. The sleep tracker is a real eye opener. Ha! I crack me up. Sleeping with my eyes open.
My goal is 10,000 steps and before I lost the charger I routinely made it. I've been using it for two days now and I made it both days.
Word to the wise. Never, ever, ever lose the charger or dongle. The company is back ordered and their customer service is not great. Put them in a safe place!
I am at the coast with a group of ladies quilting. and I have my fitbit with me of course. The house we are in is up on a hill (ok maybe a couple of hills) We can see the ocean and sew it is wonderful. Anyway, I went for a walk yesterday - only a few blocks. Up and down the hill. My fitbit one said I did 7 flights of stairs. So I am going to go a little farther today and up another street to see if I can get 10 in. shouldn't be too hard the drive way here is really steep and the extra blocks would be up some more too. Wish me luck.
