    Default Greek Yogurt?

Ok guys quick question does Greek Yogurt have to be light for us to be able to eat it because I can not find a light one. I have this one that is strawberry banana flavor ( can't stomach plain one ) but it says that it has 17 g of sugar will it make me sick?

Dannon Light & Fit Greek yogurt is pretty awesome. Comes in peach, cherry, blueberry, and strawberry. Maye vanilla too, but I'm not a fan of vanilla anything.

Definitely Dannon Lite & Fit... new pineapple flavor too. If not, do the plain and add your own fruit and sweetener.

I use Dannon Lite & Fit or get the non-fat and put fresh fruit and a little sweetener in it. Be careful. I once combined a vanilla greek yogurt with fresh blueberries, a scoop of protein powder, and fat-free milk to thin it out and make a smoothie. It caused dumping. Good luck!

Chobani has several non-fat varieties and all are around 14 grams of protein each. Enjoy!

I've had the chobani greek yogurt, both lowfat and nonfat since I was cleared for it and have never had a problem. It is almost a daily staple, and I discovered a new flavor today and LOVED it...pear!

I've been eating non fat Greek plain yogurt and add my own sweetner, sugar free syrups and fruit flavor.

I love the fat free plain Fage greek yogurt I get from Costco. I put a little sugar free peach torani syrup in it and it's really good! The syrups come in all flavors so you can really flavor it any way you like. It's a great way to cut the fat and sugar for sure. Hopefully I will still like it after my surgery. 5 days!

Before the pre-op diet I would buy frozen strawberries and nuke a few in the microwave to make them nice and soft and mix them up with some stevia and add them to my yogurt. That was really good too!

Krogers grocery store has their own brand called Carbmaster. There are so many flavors and only 3 sugars.

I just mixed 1/3 flavored chobani with 2/3 plain. Must less sugar, carbs and lots of protein.
