Hey LadyLissa... Well I lost 41lbs before I had surgery. Basically I did that by eating less, and exercising. Since surgery I've lost 43lbs. So I didn't lose it all after surgery (and in 3 months).... I started with the weight loss center in July of last year. As far as eating, I pretty much can eat anything. I've cut way back on the red meat. Dinner basically consists of fish, chicken or eggs. I try to get fish in 3 nights a week. I'm still working on getting more veggies in, but just eat small portions. For breakfast, I still have a protein shake, and then lunch is usually cottage cheese or turkey deli meat w/ mustard and cheese.

Really I haven't been doing much special... just eating little amounts of food, keeping up with my protein and getting my water in. Thanks so much for the compliment. I remember before I started, seeing the before/after pics from others, inspired me, so that's why I wanted to post the pictures.
