If ya dont mind me asking--what did you do on a daily basis for breafast/lunch/dinner/ and exercise? You have shown amazing results...way to go!

First of all, Thank you to EVERYONE!! I have such a long way to go... but these pictures speak volumns!

Curlyme... Well, 3 months out, I'm cleared for everything food wise. Breakfast still includes a protein shake, then a piece of fruit. Lunch is 6 slices of 98% fat free turkey meat and mustard to dip it in, a small piece of cheese (Land O Lakes Jack/cheddar snack size), and another piece of fruit. Dinner varies, sometimes eggs, sometimes fish, and then sometimes chicken. Not much beef or pork. I try to eat fish 3 times a week, at least. I'm not doing great on my veggies... but still working on it.

I just had a sleeve on 2-14-13 I promise you will not regrat it, it will happen so fast it will be over before you know it, you will be a little sore just a little nothing you can't handle, but be careful what you eat on the 3rd week you will have to listen to your stomach; you don't understand right now what I mean but your , stomach will let you know what it like and don't like, don't worry to much if you throwup every now and them, but be careful about that because you have a new stomach and it need to heal.but you will do just fine,believe me I am 59 and was a little concern, make sure when your stomach tell you you are full stop right them and there, don't take another bite.
