First of all, Thank you to EVERYONE!! I have such a long way to go... but these pictures speak volumns!
Curlyme... Well, 3 months out, I'm cleared for everything food wise. Breakfast still includes a protein shake, then a piece of fruit. Lunch is 6 slices of 98% fat free turkey meat and mustard to dip it in, a small piece of cheese (Land O Lakes Jack/cheddar snack size), and another piece of fruit. Dinner varies, sometimes eggs, sometimes fish, and then sometimes chicken. Not much beef or pork. I try to eat fish 3 times a week, at least. I'm not doing great on my veggies... but still working on it.
