I figured I would post here because it's part of nutrition lol. Anyone else suck at taking them regularly like I do? I mean I know I really need them but for the life of me, I can only remember my morning ones.

I only take one vit now - a strong multi from Costco and a B12 and my 3 month blood tests came back with everything in normal range (actually my B12 was high but still ok). I'll see how it does with my 6mo tests, but I'm feeling great.

If you have trouble remembering, get one of those weekly boxes and put it on your alarm clock, toothbrush or by the TV remote, or wherever you'll see it every day, morning and night. I keep mine in the cupboard with the plates and coffee mugs. ON the mugs! I remember to take mine morning and night.
Give it a shot!
It took me a month or so to get into the habit, but now I take my morning ones religiously, I'm pretty good at the evening ones, just not as good as morning ones! Keep at it
