Questions at 6 weeks

Hello All! Today it's been six weeks since I've had surgery! I'm down exactly 30lbs since the day of surgery! I'm just wondering how many calories, carbs, and protein everyone is eating and where were you weight wise at 6 weeks!! Thanks everyone!

It's been a while, so I had to go back and look at old posts.... I had lost 30 lbs at 5 1/2 weeks out, so you're right about where I was I remember that getting 500 calories was a challenge most days that early on. If you are able to get up in the 800 range, that's best to maximize weight loss. Carbs should be around half or less your protein intake, which is suppose to be around the 60g mark. It's very normal for all these goals to be difficult to reach at your stage, so try not to get overwhelmed by it. You're doing great

Hello There, You are on track my friend! I was 27 down at 6 weeks. I was eating between 600 and 800 calories a day with 60 grams of protein a day at least. Nicely done!
