Anybody tried out the high protein bread from P28foods.com ? I just ordered a trial pack because, well, bagels! 28g protein in a bagel sounds like a breakfast I can love...
Not to mention I can pronounce all the ingredients...
I stopped eating breads & pasta's (=carbs = sugars) don't plan to restart

You piqued my curiosity so I had to start looking into this. This P28 bread sounds good, but the downside is you have to eat 2 slices to get the 28 total protein and with the carbs being 12g per slice I wanted to know more. I found Carb 0 Bread, Smart Carb Bread, and so much more at julianbakery.com. The Carb 0 Bread actually says it has 9 Carbs but they are from the fiber in the bread and 9 protein. The Smart Carb Bread has 8g carbs with 4 fiber so net of 4g carb and 10g protein.
I'm not sure I want to go back to breads, but if I do I might try both and see which one tastes better. Also, my mom is diabetic and won't give up the bread, so I might just make the switch anyway for her. Best wishes to all on our journeys!
