Steffi, I have tried the Premier...Chocolate...gooood!! Ice cold...But I am Lactose intolerant...NO DAIRY PRODUCTS....causes severe Constipation..(TMI)...They taste like Choc Shake....yummy!

Ive used premier protien drinks for about 4 months now. They are good and really the only protien drink i like. Someone told me to mix some of the instant decaf coffee with the vanilla , some ice and you have an ice coffee. They are good and i even have non dieters at my job drinking them because you can just grab them and run out the door.
I love to hear all the different things you all put together to change up the routine.... Im taking notes!!!!
