Hi everyone, I posted on here a few weeks ago, I was worried about my wieght loss stopping....NOT !!!! I keep on my eating durring the week to LOTs of raw almonds, pistacios, Yopait , GReek, black cherry 100 cal yogurt, pickles, cheese curds, awesome protien bars and shakes. On the weekends, turkey burgers, beer, coffee w/REAL half and half. did I say beer???!!! still losing........I will get my butt back in the gym and hit my total goal of 200lbs. I just can't afford anymore NEW , SMALLER clothes right now....Ha Ha !!!

yes, you do need to change your photo! You've done very well - proud of you!! And happy that you're able to re-introduce little things like beer. Learning moderation is the best thing you can do for yourself. As long as you keep your portions in check, you can enjoy And lose/maintain.

12 week checkup 301 BMI <50 yeah!
Weight on birthday 3/24/48 Goal 285 would be nice.

Good job Buzz! I know right where your comming from..I've lost 106 lbs and my knee blew out 2 months ago. Losing has slowed with no working out..But, I am still losing weight slowly but surely..Post them Pics!!
