I really liked the video, but isn't that for LapBand people? The "Pouch" he talks of is the upper stomach above the band. The sleeve has no upper stomach. I'm confused now. LOL

No. Dumping is something else.
Dumping occurs when something that doesn't agree with your system gets ingested. You get the flop sweats, light-headed, and then you have to run to the washroom. Your body evacuates, rather quickly, whatever was in your stomach and intestines, through your bowel.
Dumping is more common with gastric bypass people but it does occur with gastric sleevers, too. For us, I think it is more common during the early stages. I've had only one episode of dumping and I think I was 6 or 7 weeks out when it happened.
