Why would we need anymore "latest rage" weight loss schemes, thats why we all got the sleeve,or at least thats why I got it, tried everything under the sun for 30 years. Only temporary weight loss , only to put it all back on plus. No more nonsense that doesnt work for the long run for me!!

Really? If it worked don't you think your doctor or the insurance might try it first? At best a temporary distraction form the issue and the source of sucking the funds out of your wallet.

I've heard from reputable studies that they found green tea helps boost the metabolism. So while it may be the latest "fad" I don't see why not. The only thing I wonder about is if it dehydrates like caffeine. You would have to drink extra water to counter-balance.

James...now THAT's A cigar. I'm 7 months out, lost 107 but am still having the cravings to cheat, I still can't shake the addiction. Thought these "magic" beans might help.

BELIVE ME, the sleeve is just another "tool" to help lose weight. It is NOT the end all miracle, we seek it to be. It is NOT infalable and you can cheat it and stretch it. That's why the "5 day pouch test" exists.

I hope evreyone does not go through what I'm going through. I'll get back on the wagon and in to see my support group/dietitian. It's a scarey weightloss world in the 100lb+ club. Evil lurks everywhere...... watch out for it.

Believe me Buzz I know what you are saying. It is a constant struggle to fight off the old demons every day. At least for me the demon cravings have not been very successful and I can fight them. I hope over time they will give up but I really doubt it. More than likely it will be a battle to the death. Which I hope will be a long time from now. You have done well so far but the battle isn't over yet! Get back in the fight and never give up. I have my doubts if the green coffee been extract will help but they say there have been studies which prove that it does. I don't think it would hurt you if you wanted to try it but think you would be better off just focusing on your healthy diet one meal at a time. Good luck and best wishes.

i've been looking into green coffee extract too. This Doctor Oz seems to be saying good things about it in his study on his TV show. The case study done by him on his TV shown here

Tried the green coffee beans, raspberry ketones, 5HTP,we're all different- may work for some- not for me- then I had the sleeve surgery!
