Default Exercise that doesn't feel like exercise.

OK I know exercise is a BIG part of this journey but I have never been one to regularly exercise to me its boring and I don;t have money to spend to go to the gym so I have been doing little things at home while I do my daily chores and I wanted to share them.
    1. Stay on your toes, meaning walk with your heels off the floor when you are at home especially barefooted or in socks. Doing this has not only helped me with ballance and weight loss but also toned my legs and butt so I dont have saggy skin in the butt.
    2. Strap on weights. I hate them on my ankles and wrists because they feel like they are going to pull my feet and hands out of joint so instead I take them and strap them together like a belt and wear it that way. I don't really notice the extar weight and my body is working harder to accomidate the extra weight that I can just remove when I am ready to. Right now I have 4 of them hooked together weighing 15 lbs and I notice because the weight is pulling both on my front and back it pulls my posture into a much more upright position so there are lots of extra bennefits with them.
    3. Bend over at the waist to pick things up when you think "I should" just do it. My brain tends to still tell me NO bending hurts but in reality its stretching my low back where I have a ruptured disc and in doing that the muscles loosen and feel great.
    4. Put on music. Anything that makes you feel like moving, upbeat what ever it is it will help because if you feel the music its hard not to move around to the beat and that counts as extra movement.
    5. Start NOW, don't wait till after surgery get up and try keep trying you will succeed if you believe in yourself Believe believe believe!

I have lost more but these are the 5 on my mind at the moment I will probably get a blog list going here soon but I wanted to share tips on my success with you all.

For Me stair steps were a big pain and I would do anything to avoid having to go back upstairs. Bedrooms a bath and laundry are all upstairs. I would bring everything I might need down in the morning and would stay upstairs while doing laundry. Now I am determined to make at least 6 trips up to get a little extra exercise. It helps to be able to move as the weight comes off.

Highest weight 440 lbs. lowest weight 9.5 lbs at birth
    Date of surgery weight 340
    12 week checkup 301 BMI <50 yeah!
Weight on birthday 3/24/48 Goal 285 would be nice.
