I am so hungry

Ok I am about 10 days from my surgery and I am trying to do the whole 2 week diet and I have cut back the last few days now I am trying the liquid part but I am so hungry. I didn't get over weight by not eating! LOL I have been drinking water to try and fill up my stomach but it seems like I am more hungry. Any suggestions?

Congrats on your new life! Make sure that you are getting in your proteins, and continue to drink your water. Eventually you will conquer the feelings of hunger. I am 42 days out and it is still a struggle, but when I look at how much weight I have lost, it is all worth it. You can do it!!! I know that you can!

Are you doing any protein drinks? I am using whey isolate from Wal-Mart, I also add fruit to mine to give it some weight. Try that but watch your sugars, because you don't want to put weight on, but to have enough to sustain you from being hungry! Hang in there, you can do it...also check this site out, the world according to eggface...google it, she also has had the surgery.

I am day 15 of 21 days of pre op diet...it has been hard for sure but I want the sleeve more then I want the food! I have not even had a bite of a cheat. Time will go fast. Did u try a can of Campbell's fat free cream soup? Mix it with skim milk...I have 1 at supper time. (1 can only a day) sugar free Popsicle before I go to bed help...and a V8 drink helps. Make sure u take all ur vitamins. I have lost just over a pound a day. Hope this helps. Gl!

I have bought the protein drinks today at lunch and so far it has stopped the hunger I have felt. Water was just not doing it I was hoping I could drink lots of water at work and then eat something light when I got home. I am wondering if beans are ok to eat? It has protein and fiber to keep me cleaned. Some places say like 4 oz of lean mean so I wondered if beans would work as well.

I have not tried the soup yet but I will robertajanzen. Thanks
