Hello, East Coasters! It's our turn to Meet and Greet and have FUN with other Sleevers. Although ALL Sleevers and Sleevers to be are Welcome, hoping to get folks from Va, D.C., Maryland, FLA, NY, NJ, NC, and Eastern Canada to to meet for a fun filled Weekend. BMI current 26.0 OVERWEIGHT
my first goal is to get to 141pounds, that will put me in the NORMAL range bmi. My second goal is 120, which is thin and healthy.
