I mix 2 salmon packets, 1 tuna packet, egg beaters, protein powder, liquid butter extract, onions, peppers, a small amount of Panko bread crumbs together with any seasonings such as salt, pepper, dill and believe it or not, apple pie spice...a small amount. Press it into a pan sprayed with PAM, drizzle with a small amount of melted diet butter and bake at 350 till lightly browned on top (about 30 minutes or so).,

Here's what I tried last night and really liked it:
Deviled eggs...But I finely diced some imitation crab meat instead of pickles and instead of mayonnaise I used greek yogurt, the yolks, and some paprika. Mixed all together and voila! Crab Deviled Eggs... They turned out really good and my husband liked them too. I could only eat a half of one, but it was very satisfying!

I use this to help get my protein in and it is yummy!!!!!

    2 scoops vanilla whey protein
    2 cups fat free milk
1 box sugar free fat free instant pudding

I like butterscotch the best. If you make 4 1/2 cup servings that's 16.5 grams of protein each and soooo good!!!!

Unsure if you might be asking me as I think I posted a jello recipe. But I use liquid protein, called proasis. I use that one because it's got stevia, not sucralose which I can't use but there are several good liquids out there, just be sure they have mostly whey protein and not collagen.
I make my protein jello like this:
    3 envelopes of knox gelatin
2 tbls of orange(or whatever) reg jello mix ( again you could use 1/2 package of sf, I can't)
2 3/4 cups of boiling water to melt above, stir a bit
    3 tubes of liquid protein
makes 8 1/2 cup servings with about 9 gms of protein per serving. You can substitute 3 oz less hot water for 1 more tube and get it up to 12 gms per serving, I find the taste a little too strong.

Because breakfast is a bit challenging I started pre op to make breakfast patties.
Take a pound of ground turkey, add to it, chili flakes (depending how spicy you like it,) 1 tablespoon of ground sage, 1-2 tablespoons of ground fennel seeds, 2-3 teaspoons of salt. Mix it all together, I usually cook of a small amount to check for flavor. Weigh or scoop with a 1 oz scooper and saute in small amount of olive oil spray. I freeze them and grab them as needed. My whole family loves them.

For cooking, Unjury has an unflavored protein powder that you can add to pretty much anything:
UNJURY Unflavored Whey Protein: Medical Quality Unflavored Protein Powder Mix

I have a hard time with dry meats so I thought I would share one of my favorite Weight Watchers recipes:

    Crockpot Chicken Stroganoff
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, frozen
11 3/4 ounces fat-free cream of mushroom soup
16 ounces fat free sour cream
1 (1 1/4 ounce) envelope dry onion soup mix

    Directions:
    1. Put frozen chicken in bottom of crock pot.
    2. Mix soup, sour cream, onion soup mix, and pour over chicken.
    3. Cook on low for 7-8 hours.
I used to eat over rice, potatoes, or noodles - now I just stick to the chicken

If anyone else has any easy crockpot recipes, especially meats, please share!
