All those recipes sound delicious. I am going to make the brownies and pancakes for sure. My daughter is having graduation in June and she also had the surgery. She wants cheesecake so I will be making a science experiment to see if I can make a protein filled, low fat and no sugar cheesecake. Id it's a success I will definitely post the recipe here. She will be happy with the pancakes. LOL

I love macaronni and tuna fish. Today, I was craving that, so I opened a 3 oz can of tuna and plopped it in a pan, warmed it up and put shredded cheese on top. Wow, it was really good and a whopping 21 grams of protein without including the cheese. I didn't quite finish it, but almost. So, if you are one of those who likes a tuna melt or the way I do, give this a try. When I put the cheese on top, I put a cover over the pan to help the cheese melt for a minute. I just scooped it out of the pan with a spatula and wa la!

Who wants fake crab? I'm originally from Maryland, so only the real thing will do! I highly recommend Chesapeake Bay Gourmet crab cakes! They will ship them to you frozen; and you can defrost as many as you want to cook on any given occasion, and leave the rest frozen. They come in a "colossal" 6 oz. size, a regular 4 oz. size, a 2 oz size, and a "baby" cake size .75 oz. Figure out how many ounces of delicious crab cakes you can eat, and order yourself some! They're a little pricey, but worth every penny. Remember, this endorsement is coming from a Marylander! Perfect Crab Cakes

Michelle, the answer is Body Fortress Super Whey Protein Shots. They are sold at Walmart, in the health foods section (near the diet and protein bars), come in a white plastic test-tube-looking vial, contain 2.9 ounces of fruity CLEAR liquid, and 26 grams of protein each. They have no sugar, but taste super sweet and thick, so I use to cut them with about an ounce of Crystal Light...serve them up in a 4 oz. cup and sip sip sip until it's gone. Do those twice a day for the first week, along with some chicken or beef broth for your lunch and your dinner, and it's easy to meet your protein requirements. Remember, they are only 2.9 ounces of clear liquid each. If you are still hungry, you can have as much sugar-free jello and sugar-free Popsicles as you want. You can also add the unflavored protein powder to your broth, and you can make your sugar-free jello using Cytomax or Isopure fruity protein drinks in place of the cold water. Both of those ramp up the protein in your clear liquid nourishments.

For a clear protein, I suggest Protica Profect 50. It is a whopping 50 grams of protein in a 2.9 oz vial Protica - Detail

I recently purchased the Magic Bullet Blender system...and let me just say it is a LIFESAVER. Im able to grind up things to eat, and to mix tasty protein smoothies. Tonight I made chicken, roma tomatoes and green onions, with a scoop of protein powder and a dollop of low fat garlic cream cheese, and blended it. Its not pretty to look at, but its very tasty!!

I ran across this recipe and wanted to share

    Zucchini Noodles

    A great pasta substitute.
    Ingredients

    1 tbsp black pepper
    2 tbsps olive oil
    2 medium zucchini
    Directions

With a good potato peeler create long "noodles" by starting at the top of the zucchini and peeling wide ribbons down the length of the zucchini.
Continue making ribbons as you turn the zucchini to get all the green part off first.
When the center portion becomes too thin , set it aside to use for a salad and start a new zucchini.
Heat a large skillet on medium high.
Add the olive oil and zucchini "noodles."
Saute the "noodles" for 2 to 3 minutes.
Season with freshly grated black pepper and salt if desired to taste.
Serve with your favorite pasta sauce. I like to eat these with red sauce & meatballs!

I have a recipe I'd like to share. I found this in a recent issue of Women's Health Magazine.
Get a popcicle container. I got one at Bed Bath and Beyond that makes 4.
Fill it up 2/3 way with pommegratine juice then fill the rest with yogurt. Freeze.
Makes a tart treat with 3 g protien.
    Yummy.
Oh, give it all a stir to mix up the protein and juice before you freeze it.
