Internal Brusing or pain?

Ok, so I am 4 weeks out and for the pat few days my stomach area feels bruised and painful. Im wondering if this is related to my internal organs getting readjusted, or what? Its feels like my skin, right down to my ab muscles are sore and bruised.

Anyone know what I am talking about? Debating on calling the doc. Its not horribly painful... but its just not a normal feeling.

Sounds totally normal to me ... until I was about 4 weeks post op, I had this god awful TUGGING sensation every time I would move ... and I couldn't rub the incision area up against anything without that feeling increasing.

My surgeon told me it's just my body adjusting and healing. If you find that it gets worse, absolutely call your doctor ... or if it's something you just can't live with .. call him.
