Not gong to make any weight loss goal. The 9 ounces I lost came back so I am still where I was 2 months ago. I did do the exercise goals. And now I am sick on top of moving. Maybe I just won't eat for the next three days and just sleep. That sounds so good.

Hi everyone how's everyone doing with this months goals ? Well Iv worked out 5 days a week and getting fitter but iv also found that working out makes me want to eat more ? Does anyone else also want to eat the world after gym only lost about 3lb but its still a loss and I think that's due to eating more
So here I am back to report on my January goals!
1) Yesterday I weighed in at 184 so I lost a total of 8 pounds. One pound shy of my 9 pound goal, but I am NOT discouraged. Considering I am 23 pounds away from my first goal weight I am excited. And I know I am doing all the right things
2) I ran in the Graffiti run last Sunday...so goal achieved!
3) I improved my one mile run time! I ran a mile in 10 minutes and 54 seconds on 1/22/13. So goal achieved!
4) I am working out every day now and on some days twice! So this goal has been achieved!
5) Unfortunately this goal I did not achieve. Because on some days I do two-a-day workouts (and sometimes do not get home until 8:45pm) I must come home and eat/drink something. Otherwise my body will enter starvation mode. But again I do not feel bad about not achieving this goal because I must feed my body!
So in reality I met 3/5 goals! So 60% "completion" rate
Looking forward to setting next month's goals!
Heaviest: 387 pounds (1999)

Weight day of surgery (8/8/12): 253.2
ONEDERLAND: 12/10/12: 198
100 pounds lost 7/3/13
Reached goal weight of 160 pounds on 9/9/13 (1 year, 1 month, and 1 day post-op)
I'm not going to post weight loss goals....I seem to bounce the same 5 lbs back and forth! I'm very happy with how far I've come, but I would really love to feel in total control, but I'm not sure that is in the cards. I hate thinking about my food all the time and always fear putting the weight back on.
I'm having a heart ablation procedure Feb. 27 to correct an irregular heartbeat...my hope is to have a successful outcome and continue on with my healthy lifestyle.
Weight as of 2/1/13- 250. Met
I did not meet the work out goal back on track for February.
Increasing water intake. Met
Wearing something sexy for my hubby. Met (multiple times in private).
Wearing heals. Nope, wore some cute shoes but never got around to the heals.
Did I bring my sexy back in January? Heck yeah!
