Personally I have found that the advice, tools, and training programs available through the library at this site are really effective. I have no affiliation with the company. The information provided is easy to understand and follow and I have found the method very effective. One of the great features is the variety of different ways to exercise each muscle group which means you don't require a a whole lot of expensive gym equipment. In the tools section there are exercise animations which mean you can see exactly how each exercise is performed.
