Just wanting to know if and what exercises I can do to firm up my tuck shop arms. What is everyone doing that could help?
Well, I've not tried this yet, so I can't vouch for it, but I pinned it awhile back. Six Weeks to Sleeveless | The Live Well Network

It would probably work great your the young women who don't have arm problems before surgery. But no hope for me, but I go sleeveless anyway as I can't get a top or dress with sleeves that I am comfortable in. Doesn't look pretty now and I can imagine what it will be like 150 lbs from now.
Robin, yes I am doing weights. I am going on a cruise on the 18th Dec thru to the 28th, then after that I will be going to the pool for 2 days a week doing water aerobics and 2 days a week in the gym and the other day doing a 4km walk. So I will be getting in 5 days of some exercise. Good luck to all of us in getting rid of our flabby bits
I may not be young anymore, but I am going to try these three exercises. They look easy enough. The women in the video are at least in their 40's, so who knows, maybe it will work for an old lady like me in her 50's. LOL Thanks for the tip, Texas Girl!
