So when I go to the store I make sure and read the nutritional values of everything I am tempted to buy......here is what I base my values on....
sugar: >10g
sodium: >200mg
calories:>400
fat: >10
this is all per serving and I have noticed that I usually do not have a full serving anyhow so that takes some of the values down..........any tips or suggestions? I am open to any and all. Thank you.
