Hello all, This question will lead to more I am sure. I am over the 1 year post-surgery mark (October 31st 2011), I am wanting to get into a workout routine. I have joined the local YMCA and I work in the Law Enforcement field (Now you can say you know of one Law Enforcement Professional who doesn't eat doughnuts. ) I am interested in gaining knowledge on the proper supplements for the workout. I am aware of the required supplements for the sleeve but I want to know what additional would be needed for weight training and toning. I want to add muscle mass back and loose the fat while maintaining the proper healthy balance. If there are any personal trainers out there pr if you yourself have worked on this please feel free to post any suggestions or pointers on what would work best thanks and long live health!
