I 10 days post op today ordered Phô broth it was not greasy at all, blended the noodles and had a tablespoon of it! It tasted awful. I will keep the broth for the next few meals. It was nice ass a tad bit of the spice.

"Today is another day to get it right!"
I can't believe it's been 10 days already, Shirl!
Hi there. Great post, thank you. I do however have a couple questions
Wouldn't fruit juice like cranburry be considered a non clear liquid drink?
Also, you mention clear soda. I also heard that I need to avoid carbonation, especially during the first couple months.
I do need to avoid sugar, correct? Is this why you have sugar free Popsicles ?

Unflavored protein powder is available. I sprinkled it into and on EVERYTHING.
Clear liquids are just that...CLEAR. Broth, Herbal decaffeinated tea, (I use) Isopure (clear, fruit flavored, very high protein) drinks, Nectar flavored protein powder mixed with water. These are just some examples of what I used pre-op and post-op.

New here and this is very useful.... thank you!!
Protein shakes usually help very well. However, the easiest thing is probably just to consume a large amount of water.
