I have a slightly modified recipe that I'd LOVE to share. I made it this morning and was SUPER excited!
Baked Salmon and Egg Puffs
2 small cans salmon
5 eggs
1/2 chopped finely onion
1 tsp pepper
1 tbs soy sauce
Shredded cheese
Mix all the ingredients except cheese in a large mixing bowl
Spray cupcake tin with oil
Pour mix into cups (makes 11)
Put cheese on top
Bake for 25 minutes
Serve!
These are AMAZING and FULL of PROTEIN! I had one and had to fend my husband off the rest. But you can always put these in the fridge and re-heat as you like it. I'm SUPER excited to have this cause it gets a good bit of protein and they're small so I'm not over eating!
So, I made my first video today - just playing - testing out Pureed Breakfast Cereal with my new Ninja Master Prep. Posted it on You Tube:

"Do not take the advice of those old sages and wait until you can "walk confidently in the direction of your dreams". If you do, you'll never take the first step. Instead, leap and learn to fly on the way down, (And for heaven's sake, don't wait until you lose ten pounds!). Now is the time to jump in with both feet...arms flailing, hair flying, and screaming at the top of your lungs, "I CAN DO THIS!" You don't have to believe it...you just have to do it. So don't wait a minute longer. Start now!" Suzy Toronto

I love love these shakes ... (one of my many diets I done and failed) there are so many things to blend with this shake mix & it smells like cake batter... I'm gonna start shakes Monday SO IM SOOOO PUMPED)) if you google body by vi shakes you can find their website
you seem to be close to me in goal setting and you're such an inspiration. I'm set for sleeve surgery 5/14 and I'm was 254. I've been doing the P&P diet he recommends for my 'new eatting lifestyle' of protien first, then produce and I'm down to 250. Can't wait and my goal weight is also 150! You go, girl!!
Thanks for all of these suggestions!
My question though is ... do I just blend these foods with liquids like broth or something? Yesterday I went to hibachi with friends and got only rice and shrimp (because I heard shrimp is loaded with protein!). Didn't eat 99% of it. Took home and said I was gonna blend it. But then, I was like, "what do I blend it with that won't completely ruin it?"
You definitely want to blend foods if you're just a week or 2 out. I'm going to try chicken with a little sauce from Indian foods that I like for flavor. You'll need to add some form of liquid (water, broth, milk, etc) to whatever you're blending. What you add will depend on what it is and your preference. The full liquid diet was specifically laid out and now that I'm responsible for what I eat, it seems a little scarier.
I'm eating egg drop soup on my pureed diet! It's a nice change from the sweet protein drinks. I can only eat about 2-3oz at a time, but it is so delicious and it is only $1 at my local chinese restaurant!
I also had some refried beans with chili sauce (no meat) and melted shredded cheddar. Very filling. I could only eat 5 baby-spoons-worth.
I also tried some mashed potatoes and gravy, which were good, but no protein and very carby. Again, 5 baby spoons-worth.
