I am one month out and on soft foods. Tonight I tried this and it was really good.
I was sautéing zucchini and mushrooms with fresh garlic. I knew I needed more protein
for the day so I added 2 eggs and scrambled them with the veggies! I couldn't eat much
but it was REALLY good and obviously simple.

I made baked cod and it was awesome..couldnt eat much but i had left overs!
At sam's you can buy cod filets that are individually wrapped
i took 1 tbs of light sour cream
    1tbs of light mayo
1 lemon squeezed into the mayo sour cream
    1tsb minced garlic
through in some ms. dash for flavor
stirred it together and let it sit while the fish was thawing
placed tin foil on a pan put in fish and topped with sauce and chopped green onions
made a tent and baked for 15 minutes ..omg soooo delicious

My all time fave is garlic basil lemon tilapia . Quick and easy.
Roast 4 cloves of sliced garlic in a pan until soft (use cooking spray instead of oil or butter to reduce calories)
Add 4 large leaves of minced fresh basil and 3 table spoons of fresh lemon juice to pan
As soon as basil is wilted remove from heat add 1tsp of olive oil and purée or mash all ingredients together add salt and pepper to taste.
Place fish in baking dish sprayed with cooking spray, spread garlic purée over fish and bake.
Serve with an extra spritz of fresh lemon.

If watermelon is dangerous, then I am screwed. I ate from a seedless watermelon and had no negative side effects.
