I LOVE MY DOG SO MUCH HER NAME IS PIPPIN,WHEN I LIVED IN CALLIE SOMEONE JUST DUMPED HER AT A PARK,IT WAS AT NIGHT,MY SON WAS PLAYING A BASEBALL GAME,3 LITTLE BOYS CAME OVER TO ME TO SHOW ME THIS BEAUTIFUL LITTLE GERMAN SHEPHARD MIX,BUT NOBODY WOULD TAKE HER,I AM TERRIBLY ALLERGIC TO ANIMALS BUT I TOOK HER HOME BECAUSE SHE WAS SCARED,AND THE COYOTES WOULD HAVE EATEN HER.......WELL,THE LONG OF THE SHORT OF IT IS THAT I WOUND UP GOING TO AN ALLERGIST AND FOR 2 YEARS I WENT FOR SHOTS ONCE A WEEK BECAUSE OF MY LITTLE PIP GIRL,SHE IS GOING TO BE 13 IN MARCH,AND SHE IS ONE OF THE BEST THING THAT EVER CAME INTO MY LIFE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

hi i have only just joined in last few days and i run an animal rescue so we have loads but my own pets are 2 dogs both GSD one male and one female zack and spirit 5 cats toby is 18mnth / kitkat & twix are 11yrs sisters/ fruity 13yr maincoon cross male/ molly 17 yr /plus turtles/ terapins/ snakes/ spiders/ snales/ iguana/ bearded dragons/ water dragons/ geckos/ chickens/ rabbits/ ferrets/ birds/ birds of prey owls hawks & falcons

Hi everyone,

I am unable to post pictures as yet as my daughter hasn't uploaded the photos on this PC.

We have two dogs:

Sammy - She is a Kelpie cross who is black and white - we saved her from the RSPCA (dog pound) and she is currently 13 years old. She was diagnosed in July with having anal glad cancer and we thought we would have lost her by now, but she is fighting strong.

Ivy - She is a English Cockerspaniel who was born on 12 October 2010. She is gold in colour but is slowly becoming darker. She is so CUTE. We never had a puppy before and boy its just like having a baby.

The main reason my daughter bought Ivy and from a breeder, was to hopefully ease the time when Sammy leaves us that the transition will be easier. Also, Sammy can hopefully rubb off her good traits on Ivy. They are so good together, but off course Ivy is very lively and wants to play with Sammy all the time. Sammy is more active because of this.

I promise as soon as I can upload some photos - I will.

Sandy - would love to visit your farm sometime and off course meet you.

We just got a new puppy last week. She is a Black Lab, and her name is Meeka. I will try and put a picture up so everyone can see her. We got her at 6 wks and 2 days. She has grown so much in just the 8 or 9 days that we have had her.

I have 2 westies Bently and Lexie. Then my son found a black lab in a dumpster at A&M and rescued it so now he lives with me His name is Bud , go figure a college dog name Cant fiqure out how to do pictures

I have 3 dogs and 2 cats. The dogs are Corky, a 5 year old Great Pyranese, Chiffon, a 2 year old Bischon and Fred, a 9 month old Bassett. The cats are Cocoa and Misty. They are 8 and 7 years old. We rescued them while we were stationed in Germany. They flew home with us when we came back to the states. The hard part was the 3 hour drive to the Frankfurt airport. The dogs are so funny to watch when they play. I have never seen this variety of dogs play as much as they do. I love my animals and they are very spoiled.

Lisa, Nikita breeds Labs, and has just had a litter of the most adorable chubby puppies. Well, she didn't, her dog did hehehe. But her kids are lovely too

Just joined a week or so ago, and just found this thread. Gotta give my babies a shout out!!
I have a 7 year 110# big baby German Shepherd,Rocky,who is scared of almost everything!!
A 4 year old chihuahua, Layla, who lives in someones lap 24/7!!! Spoiled rotten princess!!
We also are the proud owners of a 14 year miniature horse, Lady, who thinks she is a dog!
I'll post pics when I figure out how! Lol!
I love my four legged kids!!
