Current weight 193- first goal is to be at 185 by Jan.17th. To be at 180 by the end of the month. I'm starting a new workout routine drink more water, and protein at times I still don't meet my grams.

Surgery weight:241(9/17/12) not the best weight but I'll take it
First goal weight: 199 ( 12/7/12) finally Onederland!!
Second goal weight: 175 ( 5/6/13) finally after 5 mo.
Third goal weight: 150 ( )

Boo I did fine with everything but number #5 Year end weight 318 had been down to 313 but swelled back up to 318. So I only lost 5 stinking pounds in December and I didn't even get to eat Christmas dinner. Oh well maybe January will be better if they get this thyroid issue figured out.
Highest weight 440 lbs. lowest weight 9.5 lbs at birth
Date of surgery weight 340
12 week checkup 301 BMI <50 yeah!
Weight on birthday 3/24/48 Goal 285 would be nice.
