I have to revise my goals. I just checked on myfitnesspal and I weighed in at 282.5 December 27, 2011. By December 27, 2012, I want to be in the Century Club. I AM going to lose the 13.5 lbs needed to get there in 20 days!!!

    3) Never eat more than one Christmas cookie a day. My daughter always bakes at least a dozen batches to give as presents. So good.
    4) Don't spend more than $100 more for Christmas presents. Almost done shopping but I always go overboard.
    5) I would like to be in the 200's by New Years but that is a little optimistic so I will say lose 14 lbs. That would be 209.
    6) Kiss my daughter and grandson every day and tell them I love them. The challenge will be getting my 14 year old to hold still long enough for his granny
    to kiss him.
UPDATE: Doing good in all but #5 still in that stinking stall. So doubt I lose the 14 lbs in the next 14 days. D.. D.. D..

I never saw this subject so I didn't set goals. But for the rest of the month here are mine.

    Starting weight: 192.4

    1. Get to 189 or lower
    2. Keep to 800 calories even on Christmas party days.

I already track my food every day and my protein is over 90 on most days and my water intake is off the charts. If I can hit 189 or lower by December 31 I will be very happy. If not, I will still be very happy because I have so many NSV.

Not been on in a while and not good news to report
As of tonite I have put on 2lbs , I have not been very good over Xmas and in serious fear that my stomach is back to pre surgery .
My eating choice are so limited now and the idea of a quick meal which used to be pasta or baked potato is no longer possible because of the starch.
The only good thing is that the inches are still moving downwards and look like I will have to buy another new bra in a couple of weeks

Need to get my head back in the game and re educate myself and my new lifestyle, my need for a job is making this harder as most of my time is spent job hunting with very if any positive results
