Current weight 323 and in a stall.

    1) Work my way back up to 7 hrs a week in Water Exercise classes and swimming. I can get back in water in another week.
    2) Keep track of fluid and protein minimum (64 - 70)
    3) Never eat more than one Christmas cookie a day. My daughter always bakes at least a dozen batches to give as presents. So good.
    4) Don't spend more than $100 more for Christmas presents. Almost done shopping but I always go overboard.
    5) I would like to be in the 200's by New Years but that is a little optimistic so I will say lose 14 lbs. That would be 209.
    6) Kiss my daughter and grandson every day and tell them I love them. The challenge will be getting my 14 year old to hold still long enough for his granny
    to kiss him.

Highest weight 440 lbs. lowest weight 9.5 lbs at birth
    Date of surgery weight 340
    12 week checkup 301 BMI <50 yeah!
Weight on birthday 3/24/48 Goal 285 would be nice.

    My goals for December:

    1. Walk at least 3-5 miles every day until my plastic surgery on December 11th. (This will be part two of my plastics. I will be having my arms, my inner thighs, and a back lift done.)
    2. Take my vitamins when I'm supposed to.
    3. Be sure to have at least 80 grams of protein a day.
    4. Eat varied healthy food - no crap!
    5. Follow pre-op and post-op directions
    6. After the surgery start walking as soon as allowed and build back up to 3-5 miles a day.
    7. Stay positive!!

My plastic surgeon is Dr. Rumalla at Plastic Surgeon Fort Worth - Keller, Southlake, Texas located in Keller, Texas (a suburb of Fort Worth, Texas). He is an extremely caring person. After seeing 3 other plastic surgeons in the area, I was very impressed with Dr. Rumalla. He did my circumferential body lift, and my breast lift with saline implants. He removed 7 pounds of skin and fat.

My surgery is later this month on December 19, so my goal is to just take care of myself the best I can physically, emotionally and spiritually between now and then to make sure that I am in the best shape possible for surgery. My goal is also to be gentle with myself as there are big changes ahead!

That being said, I want to post my goal for NEXT December, which is to run in a Christmas 5K to celebrate my 1 year surgiversary. I am hoping that this surgery will be the best Christmas present that I can ever give myself, so that is something worth shooting for.

Good morning all! Today I weigh 181 lbs, which is 16lbs from my surgery date. My goal is to get 15lbs off this month and to exercise at least 3x per week. Hopefully the first 4 lbs will be before 12/9, which will be 1 month since my surgery!

    1) to get down to 260 (279 today). Aggressive I know, but extra motivation for # 2.
    2) work out a minimum of 4 days/week.
    3) get more active with my children.
    4) cook healthier meals for my family.
