I haven't done the goal post in a while. I'm glad to get back on board!

1) Stay away from Christmas candy and treats! (well okay I can have one or two, but seriously.. not pig out!)

2) Start exercising again

Thanks Dee for the shout-outs! Sorry I have been MIA for a while. Just busy living live. Work has been crazy, plus 3 kids, my wedding, Thanksgiving, and our honeymoon(last week). Thanks for keeping this going!

December 30 day challenge .... I wanted to lose 10 pounds by the end of December along with a few other things.... 7 more pounds to go! Gotta get busy!

I'm adjusting my goal for this month to maintaining. It's not logical at this point to think I'm going to lose 3 more lbs. esp. with the bits of holiday cheer (food, not booze) that are creeping in. It's been a hard year and I'm relaxing a bit. January will be there all month for renewal and I'll be more energized at the idea of a fresh new year to get my butt in gear.

Ah December goals.....thinking...thinking....want them to be good ones....sooo here it goes!

Goal #1: I would like to be in onderland by December 17th (my parents are arriving on this day for the holiday). I am currently 202 pounds.
Goal #2: For the month I would like to lose a total of 8 pounds.
Goal #3: Drink at least 2 protein shakes a week.
Goal #4: Finish the 5K I am participating in on December 2nd.
Goal #5: Run a mile on the treadmill in 12 minutes and 30 seconds (my best time is 12 minutes and 51 seconds).
Goal #6: Attend this months support group.
Goal #7: Continue to keep my food journal.

Lots of goals but totally doable!

Good thing I came back to check these..I need to time myself for the mile..lol I have been running but have not been timing the individual miles! Luckily I still have a few days left in the month
