It's called ... It Works you can look it up ... They haloes of products but what I like are the wraps they detox an tighten the area you apply it to... U can use every 72 hours untill ur happy with results... Once a month to maintain! But u can only do one area at a time!
Interesting. I tend to be skeptical of body wraps as I've done some research on their long term effects but it would certainly be great to shrink at will! For now I'm doing the usual healthy low calorie/high protein food plan along w/ moderate exercise, moderate b/c I'm recovering from overuse injuries.
Well nothing works with you just sitting there .... But I will say it has actually changed even the apparence of my skin down to cellulite stretch marks an the best part is messuring before an after... I just feel like I'm doing something good for the outside apparence as well as the inside with all my diet an exercise!
And may I suggest the following raingear for those experiencing rain, mud, snow, etc. now and in the coming months? Get yourself a pair of wellies.

You can get lower rent ones at Target but, IME, they don't fit as well. I was able to walk in these over an hour yesterday w/ just your basic socks in the Wellies and was completely comfortable. And you know what really rocks? Last year at this time I couldn't wear them b/c they were too tight AND my joint pain from my excess weight made it hard to get out of bed, let alone exercise. I was doing something cuz the HMO I'm at wanted me to lose weight before surgery, I just don't remember what it was.
I love to read your posts, Anissa, as you're someone who's gotten her sleeve and is really LIVING-your avatar is a great portrait of that. The 5k, as I've mentioned previously, is quite impressive. I have no such goals, but better health is definitely one of them-calmer mind, lighter and stronger body, no injuries and better working & stronger bones/tissue!
I wanna lose my 10 pounds by end of year and I already started yesterday on the hardcore exercise
