1) start the new year under ***
2) reduce coffee intake and drink more straight water
3) work out everyday, even when the gym is closed
4) steer clear of alcohol
5) keep a positive attitude even when or if the scale isn't cooperating!

The last couple of months have been really tough on me physically, making any exercise other than walking and light stretching out of the question.
I've slacked in my water consumption, especially on weekends.
Watch the sweets...they slipped back into my diet over Thanksgiving.
Any amount of loss is fine, but I'd love to drop 5 lbs.
I have been stalled for 3 weeks between 141 and 145. This morning 143.6. I REALLY want to weigh 135 for Christmas morning.
Goals for December:
1.) Weigh 135 for Christmas (my goal and a wonderful present for myself)
2.) Swim 5 times per week minimum
3.) Get my paralyzed foot working again.
4.) Drink more water. This has been a constant problem for me. It is a problem for teachers -- we cannot head off to the bathroom at will.
5.) Eat more fiber containing foods.

My December Goals....
Lose 10 pounds this month.
My weight loss has really slowed down an I feel like I have gotten lazy an just waiting for it to just fall off on its own!
Exercise atleast 4 nights a week an gonna throw in some yoga an weight training!
Work on getting more protein an water! I'm laying here with a headache right now an I think it's from lack of the two!
Back off on the junk food ( those things just go down so easy)
Start doing my It Works body treatments (wraps) again.... They were working so well an I just quit! LAZY!
